Today Polkemic is a modern plant with own manufacturing shops, a laboratory, and a production planning and maintenance department.

The profiles produced by our company are a result of the state-of-the-art technology involving the use of twin-screw extruders, gravure printing and UV drying.

Our engineers are ready to prepare any profile suitable to your needs and to colour it by means of mass colouration, UV printing or thermofoil.
Our experience and high-quality machines used in all our production lines ensure a consistent colour throughout the whole volume of plastic. The high-quality profiling tools guarantee that all dimensions are exactly within the tolerance bands assumed.

We are able to match our production to individual customer needs including colour, texture, size and shape of the profile. The quality and durability of printing is ensured by the use of proper paints and varnishes.

The POLKEMIC profiles have been perceived as products of extraordinary quality since we launched them on the market. The highest possible care for achieving stable parameters of PVC, dyes, varnishes and pigments, supported by the continuous control of quality and precision of the extrusion process are based on a two-step inspection of these parameters. It is implemented through a non-stop control performed both by external laboratories and by a newly-established POLKEMIC laboratory. Thanks to the newest diagnostic equipment POLKEMIC is able to detect even smallest deviations from the quality standard in the components delivered for the production process before any finished product is made. This procedure eliminates any risk of a product non-conforming to the parameters of the template. Moreover, each step of the edge banding production process is subject to an ongoing control by the laboratory staff.
